32°N addresses the need of people experiencing presbyopia, the age-related reduction in near vision. The glasses mimic natural human vision, instead of having to switch between sunglasses and reading glasses and without the difficult compromises of progressive lenses and bifocals.

We invented a new kind of active lens that dynamically switches its focus between close and distant views. These revolutionary lenses allow a seamless switch between a “reading mode” for near vision and a “scenic mode” for distant views.

32°N utilizes transformative adaptive focal lens technology. Our proprietary technology dynamically corrects vision impairment using pixelated liquid crystal (LC) lenses. These lenses mimic the human eye, enabling the wearer to see precisely what they want, when they want.

The lens magnification can be personalized using the 32°N App, with a range from 0 to 2.5.

Liquid crystal lenses

At the core of this innovative eyewear is pixelated liquid crystal (LC) technology, comprising countless tiny pixels capable of changing their optical properties. A swipe activates a small tiny processor embedded in the glasses’ temple. The processor calculates the user’s personal data and sends that data to form the desired lens prescription. Millions of tiny pixels inside the lens change their electrical state according to the new data to form the lens and bring the close object into focus. This advanced technology eliminates the need for multiple pairs of glasses and ensures a comfortable and efficient solution for vision correction.

Magnification Power

Completely silent, and without any extra weight or moving parts, the 32ºN LC lens enables an unlimited number of dynamic, high-quality lenses that can be changed at any moment. The lens magnification can be personalized using the 32ºN App from 0-2.5 diopter.
